Friends we are created by GOD and through HIM we have the blessing of life. Friends take care of your body as we belong to GOD so do not harm your body which is a blessing from GOD. Friends pray for your body to be healthy and pray for GOD to guide you with the healing of your body which we ourselves have sometimes neglected.
“The glory of young men is their strength, gray hair the splendor of the old.” Proverbs 20: 29
Friends (Men) enjoy the splendor of your gray/grey hair, and the strength of your youth. Friends take care and be wise when it comes to your body as you only have one during your life time.

YES, friend by the grace and mercy of GOD we are blessed through JESUS CHRIST and the HOLY SPIRIT to guide us, so be encouraged to have FAITH in the LORD our GOD and live by HIS WORD, with all your heart, mind, and spirit and share with all the blessing of LOVE.
