1 Peter 1:16 “because it is written, be holy; for I am holy.” (NIV)
NOW WORD: The Lord your God is a holy God and He is calling you to live a life that is separated holy to Himself. Consecrate yourself and draw near to Him and He will redeem your day. This is not a prerequisite for justification but it is a call to sanctification. Come out now from among those things that withhold you from walking in your full victory. Do not touch the unclean thing that defiles your inner man and causes you to walk in unrighteousness. God is jealous for you and wants to purify you and bless you. Make a decision today to walk holy before your God. Let the thoughts of your mind be renewed in Christ Jesus and let you soul (mind, will and emotions) be consecrated holy to Him. Prepare yourself for a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit and ready yourself for revival. The Lord Your God will come like a pent up flood and bless you and cause you to be His glory in all the earth.
Our prayer for you is: Father God, we call on You today to come and touch Your child and show them Your glory. We pray that as they separate themselves holy to You and as they prepare themselves now, please come and touch them. Lord God come and show them Your glory. Reveal to them Your heart. Show them the secret things that You wish to reveal to them. Come Lord God and bring breakthrough in their life today. Thank you Father God that You will cause revival to come to them as was prophesied in the book of Joel. Come Father and bless your child in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen
Please pray this over yourself: Father God, I call on You today to touch me. Lord help me to draw near to You. Father God, as King David consecrated himself holy to You, so I come to You and ask You to touch me and purify me from the inside out. Lord God I desperately need You to touch me and save me from myself, save me from the pitfalls and dangers that the enemy has placed in front me. I choose to come to You and walk holy before You. I love you and give to You my all. I give to You my thoughts and my actions. I give to You every part of my being and desire to be holy as You are holy. AMEN.
