THEME: GODLY INTERVENTION TODAY!
Psalm 18: 16 “He reached down from on High and took hold of me; He drew me out of deep waters.”
Dear believer, our God is real and He is actively at work amongst us each and every day! Godly intervention is not just a Biblical concept that manifested itself only during Biblical times or days of old. God still intervenes on behalf of His children; those who have accepted His way of salvation through Jesus Christ. God is the same yesterday, today and forevermore! God is never late or too early. He is always on time and always intervenes at precisely the right time – exactly the time He intends to.
Deep waters may surround you, dear child of God, but let me encourage you:
Your God is El Elyon – God Most High! He hears the cries of His children and He steps into their situations at exactly the right time. God sometimes lingers to teach us some very important and vital lessons: Dependance upon Him, surrendering more of ourselves and our lives to Him, persevering in faith or growing in wisdom, insight and understanding of His ways. Once the lesson is learned, the purpose has been achieved and God will step in.
God is not deaf, distant or far-off. He loves you. He loves you enough. Call out to Him and trust Him!
Stop focussing on the deep waters that surround you and look towards Him – you Most High God, to whom nothing is impossible!!

“Oh God, I pray for each person reading this Daily Thought today. Please step in! Reach down. Intervene, Lord. Touch. Heal. Change. Deliver. Save. Embrace. Comfort. Hold. Set Free. Reveal Yourself to Your children today, Lord. I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.”
