Friends the life style you lead has direct bearing on your life span. Beware of what is harmful to your health and stay away from it, as GOD has given us free will to choice our way of life.
Friends choices are made daily that are harmful as we get caught up in our daily lives. Friends be encouraged to be mindful at all times of the consequences of your actions or reactions as we try live a life of integrity. Friends always beware as we tend to lose it in a second depending on the circumstances we find ourselves in.
Friends be encouraged to read the WORD of GOD and TRUST GOD as the HOLY SPIRIT will guide you discern the TRUTH. Friends be an inspiration to others and glorify GOD openly and remain a person of integrity and share the WORD of TRUTH and blessing of GOD with all.
I share this quote with you today “Be mindful of the consequences of your actions or reactions so that you do not compromise your integrity.” Amen.

YES, friend by the grace and mercy of GOD we are blessed, so be encouraged to have FAITH in the LORD our GOD and live by HIS WORD, with all your heart, mind, and spirit.

“Thank You Lord for this day, and for all you have done for us. Lord forgive us our sins, and help us with forgiveness of others. Lord please heal our bodies, minds and hearts, so that we are free and healthy in body, mind and Spirit. Lord may you guide, protect and provide for our family needs. In Jesus name we pray. Amen”
